What's your Story Coffee Lady?

Java Juice® was developed in Venice, California by master
coffee roaster Richard Karno. Originally, the organic liquid coffee extract, ( or concentrate) was created as an efficient way to produce iced-blended-mocha drinks. The reasoning was this: Blended mocha drinks are traditionally made by pulling a shot of hot espresso and pouring it over ice. This dilutes ice and hence the flavor of the drink. In addition, the method is time and labor intensive. The liquid extract makes a this faster, more flavorful drink, Java Juice soon became the standard at Karno’s five popular Los Angeles coffee houses in LA.
